My son no longer access this minecraft game anymore. I went online and removed the block feature but still no allowing him to play. How long does it take for the NOF client to update. I updated the house rules multiple time but still luck. Can some one help me with this issue. Thanks Miguel

Hi Florentin1,

 

Have you tried to add the exact URL(in red) that was blocked from the log list at Activity -> Web to the allowed list to see what happens? 

 

Please click on Norton Safety Minder icon in the system tray and select Update House Rules to make the change get affected immediately.
