Miner is stuck on "Re-starting". Flashes green operational screen momentarily and then back to restarting. Found some old threads on this issue but without an explanation or fix.
Like elkhog mentioned, I found that restarting my computer helped a lot anytime things went bonkers. I would normally reboot 1st thing in the morning and then again at night before bed. There were times I would pause or stop the mining when I need to work on the computer, depending on what I was doing. Sometimes doing bills and watching the news would affect the miner, also the miner would hang up what I was working on. I would normally reboot again if I had been doing a lot on the computer. I know there were times Norton would do maintenance without notifying miners, it would help to do so before hand but they do have a status webpage also.
I did a restart on PC and that fix problem !

It would help the forum if you posted your Graphics Card type and specs along with the driver you are using.
We have seen some AMD cards in the past with older drivers where the miner had issues running.
