Running latest Norton 360 version 22.21.8.62 on Windows 10 Home V 21H1, 64 Bit, Build 19043.1237, Feature Pack 120.2212.3530.0
Unpaid mining balance has been stuck at 0.003635 ETH for over 48 hours.
Miner is active, GPU is under 11% utilization mostly (but varies from 1% to 18%) with dedicated memory at 5.1GB or 8.0 available, shared at 0.1 GB, System Memory at 26% or 8.2 GB of 31.8 GB total.
Have rebooted several times with no change in mining unpaid balance, the circle showing incremental usage over 10 minutes, had been stuck at a constant at 0.003635 ETH for this 2 day period.
Hash rate is 40.659328 MH/s at the start of this message (now hash rate is currently down to 8.451793 MH/s, but up from the attached screenshot). NCrypt.exe timestamp Friday, Sept 17, 2021 9:58.38 AM., File Version 1.0.0.59, Product Version 1.0, Size 3.87 MB, no previous NCrypt.exe versions are listed in the properties window.
I noticed another comment from admins saying the Stuck Miner had a targeted update [Hotfix 22.21.8.62 (64 bit OS only)] which has a 1.0.0.59 version, which seems to be in my system.
I have run the AutoDetectPkg.exe today and it says "You are running the latest version" but I think this is for 360 not the Miner. But if the HOTFIX is correct, then I am running what is supposed to work! BUT it is not working!
There is another thread [Hotfix 22.21.8.62 (64 bit OS only) did not fix the miner hang issue] which shows others are having problems with the Miner, some like me and some not like me.
HELP. How do I get unstuck, and back to mining, and what about all the productive mining time I have lost, because Norton is getting paid for the aggregated Hash Rate, even if they are not paying us!
