Ever since the 3.5.2.10 upgrade, my Norton Backup account has been reporting 1 GB of storage in use that is not really in use. I noticed this when I tried to do a manual backup, and was told that all my backup storage was in use.
I tried to delete everything from my online backup storage - which should result in 0 GB in use, 2 GB available. It did not. After deleting everything, it tells me that I have 1 GB in use.
I have looked at Computer -> Norton Backup Drive -> Backups on Secure Online Storage. It shows a number of empty backup sets (which I would like to delete, if I could), and confirms 0 bytes of storage in use.
I followed Yogesh's suggestion to do an on-line chat to get the issue resolved. The analyst couldn't figure out why I still appeared to have 1 GB in use when I had deleted all backup storage in use. Therefore, to resolve my issue, he gave me 5 GB additional storage at no charge.

Worked for me!

Well done but maybe you should have haggled a bit more - might have got 10Gb
