I have Norton 360 ver 21.2.0.38, using Outlook 2010 for my email using the Norton Anti-Spam. When I get emails, it will say downloading 2 of 10, etc. But only 6 may show up in my inbox, and the other 4 can't be found, they are not in the junk folder or any other folder/sub folder. I do not have a folder titled "Norton Anti-Spam". Should there be a Norton Anti-Spam folder and if so, how do I get one?
Welcome,
Not sure about 360. I'm running NIS in w7x64 with Outlook 2010 and the anti-spam folder is buried down among the other folders I've created for housekeeping purposes.
One of our 360 experts will have to add to this if there's a way to get the folder without a reinstall of the program. If that's the solution I'd use the Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool
to do it so that it flushes the trash before installing a new copy. Do run live update after the install / activation so that the new copy is up to the minute.
