Missing devices in list of protected devices

I have TWO licenses for 5+5 devices. The licenses are populated with 5 and 4 devices. I can see all the computer names if I lookup my subscriptions. But in the list of protected devs two are missing. Both are win10 computers. I tried to switch off and on the remote admin flag (with rebooting) and updating license status without any improvement. Seems to be a bug in Norton’s cloud solution???

Sure, but it does not give a centralised view that the devices-page promises. As I said it works for 7 of 9 devices and thus an obvious indication of a bug.

The quickest way to see if your product is working correctly is to look at the Norton icon in your system tray. As long as it shows a green checkmark, everything is OK.

Exactly what I experienced.

But the advantage of the Devices page is that it’s telling me if any of the devices has issues. Some of the devices are used by kids so it could be very useful feature. After using Norton since 80’s I expected them having a higher software quality…

Are you looking at the Devices page of your Norton Account? If so, this page is notorious for having incomplete/incorrect information. You will find accurate information if you click on your user icon at the top right and click on My Subscriptions. Then find your current subscriptions and click on Manage Licenses. That will give the correct information.
