Hi Folks, my hard drive died without warning and I need to locate the IDS files on my backup in order to restore them to my new hard drive.
I've read the other posts for this but don't seem to have quite the same file set up, but what i have found is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Norton Utilities 14\Data
and in this folder are 3 files which I think are what I need:
Keys.dat
Values.dat
map.dat
I'm running NIS 2009 on a Windows Vista PC.
Is it just the Values file I need to use or should there ne others as well?
When I reloaded NIS onto the new drive, it has since upgraded itself and I now have a cloud based vault; will this cause any problems?
