For some reason the words "Norton Antispam" no longer appear in the Subject line of mail that Norton considers spam. This happened 2 days ago. I use Vista with Windows Mail and I have a rule set to send all mail containing the words "Norton Antispam" to the Deleted Items folder. Now all suspected spam goes to my Junk Mail folder and it's difficult to search thru it all.
I'm using Comcast version of Norton Security Suite Ver 5.2.1.3
As a current v5 user you can lcickon the link Tony supplies. When you do, you'll receive a popup for Constant Guard Protection Suite. Please click on the No tThanks and that will reval the Get It Now button to start the download of NSS v 6. Once insatlled, please run LiveUpdate (rebooting as required) until it responds "no updates found". This should put you on 6.2.1.5.
Once you get it updated we'll go from there. I know Comcast made some changes to their email recently, but I do not know how it impacts you using Windows Mail.
