Initially, I had upgraded to 3.6 then updates installed up to 3.6.3. Then I got an update to 3.6.6, which I uninstalled then reinstalled. I also followed the steps of deleting:
extensions.ini
extensions.rdf
extensions.cache
after reinstalling FF 3.6.6, restarted computer, selected Run LiveUpdate then opened FF with the same results - Missing Norton Toolbar!
I searched through Mozilla website and Norton's NIS forum for information on how to restore missing Norton toolbar.
Nothing fit for XP Home SP3 users with NIS 2010 17.7.0.12.
Is there is fix for this problem?
I see that the Plugins exist under:
c:\documents and settings\all users\norton\
When will Norton add this Plugin and Toolbar to FF 3.6.6? NSM extension has been added to 3.6.6 already!
