When I try to make a Custon Recovery Disc I get the message that the Packet Scheduler Miniport Driver is missing. I have a 32 bit mechine with XP. I have tried everything to remody this including Live Chat. All I get is go to the Vendor for the driver. Who is the Vendor? I have no Idea, plus I don’t know why I need it. I back up on a external drive connected via USB. Can anyone help me with this?
