I have tried to reset passwords for a couple of sites but never receive the reset emails. I am concerned that control of my id on these sites is being hijacked by another user.
Any ideas why I'm not receiving the emails. I've checked my blocked list and the organisation are not in the barred list!

Are you a Norton user, and if so are you having problems resetting the password for your Norton Account?
