I have the 2012 version of Norton IIS and Outlook 2003 SP3. I have the Norton toolbar in Outlook but I don't seem to have a spam folder anywhere. I have at least oen email which was accidentally sent to the spam folder so I want to open the floder to get it out. However, I can't do that until I can gain access to the spam folder! Where might I find it or what do I need to do to make it visible (if it's not visible)?

Hi DavidAdamson,
Welcome to the Norton Community.
NIS is most likely using the "Junk Email" folder. Take a look in there and anything which NIS detected as SPAM should have the words "Norton Antispam" prepended to the subject line.
Hope this helps and please let us know how it goes.
Best wishes.

Hi DavidAdamson,
Welcome!
NIS 2012 won't create any new AntiSpam folder. If you earlier have used Norton Internet Security, there will be an Antispam folder, and the new NIS 2012 will be using that folder. If you have not used NIS earlier, there won't be any Antispam folder. In that case, NIS 2012 will be using the Junk Mail Folder present in your Outlook. I would suggest you to wait and keep a look on the Junk Mail folder in MS Outlook for emails tagged as "[Norton AntiSpam]".
There is also a workaround which is mentioned here in the following thread:
Although this is for NIS 2010, it is applicable for NIS 2012 as well.
Thanks,
HarryP
Sorry for delay responding, been away.
I do have a "Junk E-mail" folder but it is empty. Norton is not using it. The spam emails are going somewher else which isn't visible.
