Missing toolbar in Chrome

After updating NIS this morning, the Toolbar will not load.  NIS V 21.0.2.1  is current.  "Support" says "All OK"  Chrome is up-to-date as well.  Trying to click on icon is of no help.  Extensions show this as enabled.

I did do a restart.

Any ideas?
