Do the folders still exist? Maybe they have been removed or relocated.

I assume since you are posting here, you feel there is some relation to your Norton Product. Could you advise as to which Norton Product you are using?

Hello. I have used Norton since my first pc and now i am using NAV 2008 however i do get a feeling that something has slipped into the system. My OS configuration settings seem to change at will and i cant make my settings stick, small things that were just annoying are becoming noticable changes like folders dissapearing and updates not being allowed to install. Scans in safe mode even show nothing. The attacker seems to target the system quite easily and attacks are persistant. I do have another more detailed post here somewhere but i think i put it in the wrong forum. I have only seen one file that self downloaded and before i could find it, it executed itself and then even the NAV log was changed. The only evidence left now is the names of the registry keys that were changed but i am not that tech minded to know what the changes were. I will get a copy of the log and post it to see what anyone thinks.
