My primary tools for monitoring Norton Family are the web app in my desktop browser and the Android app in parent mode. Neither one does a good job at all of displaying monitored SMS/MMS messages. At this time MMS messages (which constitute all iOS texts and the majority of others) are not viewable at all, and the Android app experience for viewing individual messages or full conversations is extremely poor and inconsistent. Can you please fix this with your next release?
