Does the update allow monitoring of MMS content in sent and received text messages?

I have this on my son's android which apparently is a Quattro Coopad Androidâ„¢ 2.3.7, Is this compatable with the program?

And actually, nothing else works. I get a one sided conversation, no web content, no time spent on the device, nothing.

For premier user's Android device, both sides of conversations should be recorded. Web content should be logged. The program currently doesn't monitor time for Android device. It works on Windows and Mac.
Have you tried to uninstall/reinstall Norton Family on the phone to see if that helps?

Any luck? I had to reinstall on my son's phone again, got 2 days worth of both sides of the conversations, but went right back to just one side.
