Currently, only SMS text content is monitored regardless of the mobile platform. This truly astounds me! MMS texts need to be monitored as well. Kids are creating Memes with content of a questionable nature and sharing them via text. As a parent, this is very concerning as I cannot monitor this. In addition, group messaging is reflected as an MMS text. All kids need to do to get around parental monitoring is to send texts to multiple friends at the same time in a group text and the message content cannot be seen by parents. If there is no ability to monitor MMS texts, kids have a very easy "out" to get around parental controls. How are parents supposed to monitor "Sexting" or sharing other pornographic images, hate speech, or the like if MMS texts are not abled to be effectively monitored? THIS IS A PROBLEM! Please resolve promptly! With all the media focus that cyber bullying, sexting, racism, and hate speech have received in recent years, for Norton Family not to have a solution for monitoring MMS texts is just unconscionable!
