I have a LG my touch phone with an Android opperating and I have the Mobile Security app installed (V3.2.0.770). I know I have a good data connection becuase when I go to other applications (such as a maps) I see my location and it is accurate. However, when I go to https://mobilesecurity.norton.com, select my device, and then go to locate, it says that my last location was from 87 days ago. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to no avail. My husband has the exact same phone and the same version of the app and I am able to accurately locate his phone. The app is also fully up to date.

Welcome to the Norton Community.
I think the best thing to do would be to uninstall Norton Mobile Security (NMS)
and then again download from Google Play and sign in and register the app.
This has fixed similar issues in the past.
Then try and login to the NMS website https://mobilesecurity.norton.com/ and
see if you can now Locate the selected device.:)

If the uninstall and reinstall does not work again you could login to the NMS website and
delete the selected device then uninstall NMS again and reinstall and sign in and register
to see if this fixes the issue.
