I am having a problem opening my mobile security management.
I can access a list of all the devices that are protected by Norton on the management page. When I click on the device it opens that device information saying it is protected by 360, However, it does not allow me to open it any further to activate any of the security features. I.e .Locate.Scream, lock etc..
Can anyone assist in how to overcome this problem.
