When logging into the Mobile Security website it says Security Warning this certificate authority has problems,
Thank you PeterWeb. I needed to upgrade Norton Identity and that fixed the problem! I apologize that my health has prevented me from replying faster. I appreciate all your help as always!
I am still not seeing any issue on my phone. Check that you have the latest version of ID Safe. Currently 3.7.3.
If you do have the latest version, try going into Android Settings - Apps, and look for Norton Identity Safe. Clear the app Data, reboot your device and test again. You will have to first sign into your Norton Account again and then sign into the vault.
This website. Every time I change pages in the Norton Community, a security warning pops up. I noticed all the warnings are for Symantec certificates. I will try my tablet tonight and see what it does. It is annoying.
Can you give a couple of examples? I have no trouble accessing the sites I tried.
I should have said any websites I visit using the Norton browser. Sorry, my mistake.

This thread was from April. Any certificate issues from then would have been resolved long ago.
What exact Norton web sites are you seeing this message? I just tried the Norton Mobile Security site and the main Norton.com and did not have any issues.
Are you seeing it on any other sites?
I believe this is problem I am having. Security Warning pops up saying there is a generic problem with this site's certificate. It occurs on Norton websites. I am using an android phone. Version 5.0.1. I am using Norton Identity Safe browser.
