I just installed the current version of Norton Security with Backup on my Android Version 5.0 Galaxy S5. When I attempt to run the contact backup, the program loops back to the sign-in screen. I powered off the phone and restarted, hoping that it would help - it did not. What's going on with this feature? I have version 3.12.0.3021 installed. Thank you.
