I have an existing Norton account since a couple of years. When I bougt a new computer I transferred my Norton to the new one. Unfortunately a Norton program was already preinstalled. Now this "new" Norton is threatening me all the time that I do have to register and by it again although my license for the old one is still active. When I try to log in to my account and tries to get a new password i do not get any email about a new password.
OK then I try to register again for an account but then it says "there is already an account signed to this e-mail" A real moment 22.. And there are no ways to get any help about this from support. There seems to be no other way than leave Norton in october when my license ends and try something else not containing a moment 22 account.
