I am having trouble everytime I shut down my computer and turn it back on. I have a tool, called "windows magnifier" that I cannot stop from opening on start up. Now whenever someone gets on, all the desktop icons are rearanged, and it takes forever to get any screen to where you can work. The will all be so small, you cant see anything, or so big, you cant see stuff. After working with the monitor, and other settings, you can get it to where it's ok, but after you shut the computer down, it all goes back. Norton is NOT saying anything is wrong, even if I run a detailed scan? What do I do?
