I am using Norton family. There are some phone numbers that are being motored by messaging monitor and some that are not and some that have monitored recently but not consistently. I have never changed the settings, they have always been ON and set to ALWAYS monitor new contacts. We don't have anyone blocked or allowed.
Also, can norton monitor CHATON or KIK? I have KIK blocked but cant block CHATON...
