On 8-29-2012, KatieQ (Administrator) said "the team for Norton Online Family is currently working on the update that will support IOS system. I’m sorry I can’t provide a release date for the update yet. As soon as I get any news on the release date, I'll post it in the forum."
That was over ONE YEAR ago! What's going on Norton? With the proliferation of iOS devices such as iPads and iPhones, we parents really need a way to monitor exactly how our children (and teenagers) are using their iOS devices!
Please be honest with us and tell us whether this is really a technical issue (you can do it with Android devices, why not Apple devices?) or this is some sort of dumb political or licensing issue with Apple.
I will uninstall my Norton Family software if you can't port this monitoring to my child's iPad soon. My child does not access the Internet through her Desktop computer anymore -- only through her iPad. And I really need to monitor this.
