More Logging issues and other errors

I came back from vacation last week and logged in to check on things only to find that my "children" had disappeared from NOF and the logging has vanished. I checked the device and it showed that the software was still installed. I uninstalled it and then reinstalled and had to change the name of the device.  It has started logging again but now it is only logging one side of most of the messages in SMS.

 

Also,  After I am on the NOF site for about 3 minutes all I get is "Sorry an error has occurred on the server."

 

Also, unrelated my daughter has a thing she does next to people she likes in her contact list, she adds a <3, which is the emoticon for a heart. Any messaging conversation with someone that has a heart next to them will not display when the conversation is opened. This is a programming thing (i was a progrmammer a little while back) the "<" sign is a programming operator that has to be accounted for in text fields.   Norton please fix this.

 

I could go on, but this is enough for now.  Please make this pain go away.  This most recent software release has been a nightmare. Do you have a QA department?
