More than two months I cannot logon on my NF account and change settings

Last two months I cannot logon my NF account. I always getting "Server Error our request was stopped for your protection. Your data is safe, and the error has been reported and will be investigated. Return to the Norton Family...". After 4 needless conversations with Norton Family support (FYI: They need remote connections to my computer, but the problem is on Norton server;)...just now I want uninstall NF and chose any other professional application, but I cannot uninstall NF without logon on server. Once the NF support get me advice "Uninstall NF in Safe Mode with network". When I tried it, I got alert "You cannot uninstall Norton Family in Safe Mode. You have to restart in standard mode and then continuing the unistallation...".
