More UI problems

Issue abstract:

UI is often rendered incorrectly and unusable

Detailed description:

After reporting other problems I was having, I reset my display text scaling to 100% (turned off custom scaling) to see if that would fix any of the issues.

I opened Norton 360 and immediately had a new problem. I have never seen a best sellers slide show before, but as you can seen in the screen shot 1 below I have one and it is unusable.

The text looks funny, and it says slide 1/5 but there is a back arrow and no forward arrow.

I clicked somewhere above the slideshow to see if it would go away and show the normal home screen and the app went full screen with this: screen shot 2

Clicking the “X” to close the full screen gave me another dialog window as shown in screen shot 3

Product & version number: Norton 360

OS details: Windows 10

What is the error message you are seeing?

If you have any supporting screenshots, please add them:

If you just reset your display settings, did you Restart your computer to ensure the changes were implemented? Restart, not Shutdown and startup again.

@Julie777 In Windows 10 settings for display, under “Scale and Layout”, have you opened “Advanced Scaling Settings” then selected “Let Windows fix apps so they’re not blurry” ? If not give that a shot and let us know whether anything changes if a system restart didn’t fix things.

I have restarted multiple times.

I reset my display to 100% no scaling of text (which means that explorer is too small for me to read) and I have set to let windows fix apps so they are not blurry.

Yesterday I got the norton popup which was unreadable and uncloseable until it timed out. It takes way to long to timeout. It is also very annoying that it is not a normal windows notification and that it hides from taking a screenshot of it.

An interesting issue just appeared on my side as well, thought I would share in this thread as it appears it may be relevant. The lower part of the UI ( box highlighted ) cannot be scrolled down to review the extra information that is there. System restarts do not change anything nor is anything available via Live Updates that I can download. Anyone else seeing this issue with the last update?

tror at de vil fixe mange fejl i 26 serien men forvent ikke at de bliver fixet lige med det samme nogle tar længer tid end andre så er i advaret de tunge fejl kommer slut 26 serien andre kommer før men de tar det stille og roligt med bugfix

Update: @Selvakumar.S

Just after the 26.3 update the boxed area in the screenshot below had several radio icons there which has an almost invisible scroll bar where I have pointed the arrow to. My previous post shows those radio icons and no scroll bar. That was two weeks ago.

Now that area no longer has those issues. I took note of it yesterday evening. There was a live update requiring a system restart on 4/1/2026. Thinking maybe that corrected the issue? The screenshot provided below was taken just a few minutes ago so it is current.

Has anyone else seen their issue disappear with the 26.3 release?
