Most of the Vault window can't be seen - an old problem

Here's what I see when I try to view my Vault - it happens on both IE11 and Chrome:

It's an old problem but I can neither remember nor find the solution. When some kind person rescues me this time, I'll save this thread in mt Favourites folder.
