I have deleted my web account with Norton Mobile Security but I forgot to delete it on the mobile. Now the phone tells me that it is locked and I should enter a password. I have no password. Is there any way to delete the software on the phone or how to delete the complete phone?

When you installed the free version of NMS, were you not asked to sign in or create an account?
Are you sure it is a Norton lock and not from the built in Android protection? By default, the SIM card lock feature is disabled. Had you changed this?

I am also locked out of my phone. I put a new sim card in the phone trying to get service over seas. I downloaded a free version of Norton for my phone. When I contacted Norton, they said they have no record of my account. Maybe somehow my phone is not registered right with them? But Norton has locked me out of my phone and needs a code to get back in.i have tried several ways to reset my phone in safe mode to delete Norton and I can't. What can I do?
