Move NIS 2008 subscription to a new computer

I have a 3x NIS 2008 subscription that has been installed and activated on three computers.  One is an older computer that we are about to donate and replace.

 

It is possible to remove the NIS 2008 subscription from this computer and apply to a computer that is about to be purchased as a replacement?  If so, how/

 

The 3x NIS 2008 subscription runs until May, 2009.
