my annual license was running out so we purchased internet premium this time. Since i loaded (it removed the old system first), it is running very slowly, and will "hang" when loading a new window, sometimes only loading the text without any graphics. often i have to reload a window three times to get it to load fully. it is incredibly slow now. also i no longer have the icon showing norton loaded on my toolbar on the bottom of my screen, which i prefer as i know my virus is active and working while on the internet. i run windows 8. also did a malware scan - no inprovement. suggestions?
