Moved threads to 2009 beta forum produce error

I have come across a couple of messages thus far that when you click on the placemat (correct term?) is displays the error message: An Unexpected Error has occurred.  This has been duplicated in IE8 and FF3.0.8 for the messages:

I assume it is because it is trying to go to -  2009 beta forums. Both threads were found in the NIS / NAV forum.
