MS Office on/off

I do not see a resource use/benefit for scanning outbound emails. I do for inbound. However it appears that the N360 v6 setting for MS Office is either full on or full off--correct?

Thanks--I had neglected to slide the scroll bar so I didn't see the email option ;-).
