I have NIS 20.2.0.19 and Office 2010. Starting at about noon today, I could not open an existing MS Word document - it started but hung before the document opened. When I turned off the MS Office Automatic Scan, the document opened successfully. I then noticed that I received no incoming email (using Outlook 2010). It was continuously "receiving" a document, but it too never completed. This time, I tuned off the Email Scan in NIS, and the email was received. I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. As I said, everything worked until about noon today.
