MSN games will not load; what to I need to do so they load?

I had no problem playing MSN games before I down loaded Norton. I see the games trying to load but, they never do. What can I do to get the games to down load?

Can you please let us know what version of NIS you are using. Is it 2011 or 2012?

Do you get any error mess when the page loads? When the page gets loaded, do you see any Norton insight pop-up on taskbar against Norton product icon?

I have Norton 360 Version 5.0 & downloaded it on 9/11/11. I do not know if it's NIS 11 or 12. I do not get an error message, the time clock on the page just shows page trying to download.

This forum is dedicated to NIS related posts but then not a problem, we will definitely help you out.

 

First thing to be done is to check whether the download error was actually due to Norton or not.

Try downloading the game which you were trying to do earlier and after that  just click on Tasks from the Main UI and just click on Check security history->Activity  column to check if it was blocked anytime by Norton. If its not there then its Norton which prevents you from downloading.

 

Incase if you see any kind of exe file or something program being blocked access, just goto Main UI->Settings->Firewall->program control and set allow access for that and then try again.
