I have Norton 360 installed on my desktop, laptop and also on my tablet, all of which run under Windows 8.1. My desktop was purchase first, then some time after my laptop and lastly my tablet was purchased. Norton 360 was installed on all three devices under one subscription, and all was fine until problems introduced by Norton during the installation of the latest version of 360 (where are documented elsewhere in the forum). In order to finally resolve the problem I had to reinstall the product and purchase another key (at a further cost of £79.99). This new subscription is now due to expire on 4th December 2017. I now find that, although all three devices have the latest version, with the same product serial number, and the same product key, Norton have charged me another £79.99 on the 12th January 2017. Understandably concerned, I have checked my account details and find that according to Norton I now have three different subscriptions, all of which expire on different dates (12th April 2017, 26th June 2017 and 2nd January 2018) and all are now on automatic renewal. As things stand Norton look as if they are going to charge two more times this year, which will cost me in the region of £320 to cover my three devices for a year. Something has gone obviously wrong at the Norton end of things and I have emailed Norton Sales without success. Has anybody else had similar problems?
