Multiple devices not protected

I have the same problem.
I (re)installed Norton 360 on my iPhone to try and fix the problem. When I go to the Norton website on my PC, under My Subscriptions, it says that 4 of 5 devices are used (this is correct). When I looked under My Devices, it only listed 3 device, but later (within an hour or two) listed my iPhone under new device, but is listed as inactive and not protected.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the device several times but that didn’t help.
When uninstalling Norton from my iPhone, I had to remove it from My Devices, and separately remove it from My Subscriptions. Once again, reinstalling the app didn’t fix this.
Norton 360 on the app itself says that it is active and that my device is protected.

One thing you can do is ignore the Devices list in your Norton Account. That page is notorious for incorrect/incomplete information. While in your Norton Account, click on the user icon at the top right of the page and click on My Subscriptions. Then scroll to your 360 subscription and click on Manage Licenses. You should see your iPhone listed there, which tells you that the device is protected.

Norton account does not display your devices correctly
Due to a data sync issue, you may see the incorrect status and information about your devices on the My Norton portal. If the Norton device security on your device displays the security status as ‘Protected’, then you may ignore these alerts.
