Multiple failures to resolve a most serious security issue, how do I escalate/complain

Hi, Thanks for your time and assistance.

I very much regret that I have engaged in live chat over a serious security issue (apparent attempted intrusion into sensitive web activity, eg logging into bank) multiple times during the last two years or so. Each time I have been assured that things were resolved, though key questions of mine about explanation of the issue were not answered....but each time the issue returned immediately; as today, after over an hour with agent.

I am immensely concerned about the problem, each Norton agent takes some action or other and assures all is OK (though cannot answer core questions about the threat) but the problem persists regardless of their assurances.

Contacting live chat help and spending up to two hours with the agent has resolved nothing and only served to further confuse.

How/where, as a paying 360 Deluxe customer, do I escalate my problem/complain? I need it resolved but every, hugely confident agent has failed to resolve or to answer my questions/explain the root of the issue.

I am facing having to cancel and go elsewhere for better customer service but have been with Norton for many years and always liked it so would rather not....but fear it may be the only way out of this.

 

So, to repeat, how do I escalate to someone who can answer my questions and how do I complain?
