I have 3 separate subscriptions to NIS with 3 keys each. I only have 2 computers that are using NIS for Windows. How can I combine these subscriptions into one with 3 keys?
I am confused. All 3 subscriptions are activated. I do not know how to inactivate two of them and a key on the third one. All three subscrtiptions are active as are all 9 keys.

Hi,
this sounds like a task for the customer service folks
Contact them here: http://us.norton.com/support/contact/contact.jsp?pvid=cs
They are very good as resolving this type of situation
Let us know how it goes
govdoc,
The clock starts ticking on each subscription/KEY when you activate the first one of each "triplet" and so all of one triplet expire on the same date even if you actually install later or don't use at all ....
If you have used at least one activation on each KEY then the clock is running on all three that you bought ...
But if any of the triplets are unused then you can hold onto that key and not use it until a present running KEY is about to expire. Or Customer Support may be able to add the time onto one that is running already.
The only people who can do anything about this is the Norton OnLine Support and the best route is via CHAT as below. The sooner you contact them the better. There is no guarantee that they will be able to help you untangle this but if you are lucky they may be willing and able to stretch the rules a little. They are really helpful folk from what we hear back from users.
To contact customer support Click on this link and work on from there. You may have to scroll down a little to see the CHAT button.
Feedback from users tells us that CHAT is by far the best at resolving problems.
Note that that link is to the USA/CAN website so if you are located elsewhere I'm sure you will be able to find the equivalent location on your local Symantec website; some pages have a link at the top right where you can select the country you are located in.
If they can help it is an exception to the terms of the licence agreements you enter into when you buy the product so be gentle with them <s>
Please let us know how you get on ....
Thanks guys. The guys at Norton were grteat and helped me out.
Glad to read that it's all worked out.
Please mark this thread as solved so others will not visit to try and assist.
Thanks
