Multiple LiveUpDate Files for Norton 360 ver2 on PC

I have two LiveUpDate programs on my Windows XP PC. One Ver 3.5.0.64 and one Ver 3.3.0.45, both are 8.73 MB. Do I need both?  There is also a N360s200.exe file under the Symantec Temporary Files folder. Do I need this file?
