Multiple Norton 360 copies

Most of the time when I sign on to my computer after a power up, I find multiple copies of Norton in my system tray (see image below).  The computer CPU and disk usage are very high.  I log off and log back on, and all returns to normal.  This doesn't seem like the correct functionality for Norton.  Anyone else experience this?

Hi jemw,

If you mean many systray icons like here:

http://community.norton.com/t5/Norton-Internet-Security-Norton/New-bug-or-enhanced-cosmetic-error/td-p/1113574

it's a known issue and Symantec is working on a fix.

You will have to be a bit more patient until a fix is released.

Regards,

Windows 7 Professional - I keep it patched as released by Microsoft.

Since it is a know issue by Norton.  Why does it not appear on their Support page when entered in the Search window?
