I have Application Blocking enabled on my Mac (Internet Security v. 5.7, OS 10.9.5), but have been having several problems with it. One is that the program still asks to allow connections for programs that I've already whitelisted, even though I've checked the box to never ask me again. The second is that in some cases I'm not allowed to respond to a request before the dialog box disappears. I mainly encounter this in two instances; the first is on startup - I will get a box saying an application's access (even for a whitelisted one) is blocked without ever even getting a request to allow it. The second is when booting up Google Chrome (also a whitelisted program). The request box flashes for a split second, then disappears, giving me no time to respond. The program is then blocked, and I can't use it to connect to any page. Is there a fix, or is this a bug?
