Sorry I am new to Norton Small Business
I have multiple similar Android devices installed.
All register as samsung_xyz in devices. Is there a way to get the name of the device so I am able to identify them?
@Rolf-Ergo Hello and welcome to the forums. You need to rename each device so that, it appears with a unique name within your account licenses listing and devices listing.

Thats what I thought, but the device list shows the modell name and not the device name. So it shows Samsung_SMA546B instead of the name. And I am not able to change the name of the modell

Yes, I can Rename phone…but, my Norton account devices page…picks up my phone’s Model name…cannot be renamed.
fwiw ~ my work around - install Norton 360 - one phone at a time - open Norton account devices page - rename that device.
