I have searched the forum for help and have hit a wall.
I am trying to gain access for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. They will not work with the firewall enabled. They work fine with the firewall disabled. Internet Explorer seems to work fine.
I am running Windows 8.
I have attempted to fis the problem two ways.
1) By entering Settings, Network, Smart Frewall, program control. Both Chrome and Firefox are listed.
2) By entering Setting, Network, Smart Firewall, advanced settings, Firewall reset. - Here is my problem. I am unable to make any changes in this area as the selections are grayed out.
Any help from the community would be greatly appreciated as I surfing the web exposed.
