Must reboot computer for Norton 360 to work

When I boot up my computer, my Norton 360 won't run scans.  My Vault asks for me to sign in with my email address and then will not accept my password. The rest of my Norton product seems to work fine, my updates, my tune-ups.  Haven't tried manual backup.  When I REBOOT my computer my Norton works just fine.... My scans run and my Vault opens with my vault password... Can anyone help me fix this problem so I don't have to sign on to my computer twice...
