I let my prior N360 subscription expire and then switched to new subscription a month ago. When I sign onto my account it treats my old expired subscription as my current one and says I am unprotected. I cannot find a way to get this changed so it references my newer current subscription. I'm annoyed by this. How can I get this updated to make my account point to my newer actual current subscription instead of the old expired one?
Thank you for the idea. This does not seem to be the problem. My Remote Management setting has been on the whole time.
Are you seeing this information in the Devices page or the My Subscriptions page?
The Devices page in your Norton Account is notorious for being incorrect. To get an accurate list of subscriptions, log into your Norton Account and click on the user icon at the top right, then click on Manage My Subscriptions. Then look for your current subscription.
Hello Raymond H. Check for "remote management" being enabled in your Norton settings. If not enabled do so, save the setting and reboot. Recheck your account for the correct subscription being utilized.
