I have just renewed my Norton Internet Scurity subscription (for 2 year period - and use on 3 pcs)
It has recognised that I've renewed it both in my online account and on my main pc but when i go back into my online account, it says this:
& when I choose to view the product purchase info, it tells me "No order found for the supplied OrderNumber NPxxxxxxxx"
Can you help me please as I am also having to restore my laptop and will need to download it again on there?
