I have checked spam folder, no replies in there. Thanks for the info on this.

Recently installed new update of 360. I try and logon onto my account, keeps telling me either email address or password is wrong, neither is wrong. So I click on forgot password, tells me that a temp password will be sent, none appears. I then try and create new account, wrong as it now tells me email address already account. Any help would be great, already regreting installing this program:mansad:

The classic cause of this if that you or your ISP has a spam filter in place that is blocking the email with the password. If that makes sense check your SPAM folder and hope you have not deleted it.
