My Auto-Protect keeps blocking threats: Trojan.Zeroaccess.B / Trojan.Gen.2 / Trojan.Gen

Hi MikoChan27,

Once you have accepted the assistance of a helper on a malware remediation forum, it is important to take direction and ask questions only from that helper.  Report your issues to the forum that is assisting you - do not seek outside assistance unless you are abandoning the forum that is attempting to remove your malware.

More specifics with regard to “peering into your registry”- I would direct you to key areas in the registry prone to infection as well as other areas to get a better sense of what is going on.  Further, I would ask you to report what you find to me via capturing the screen.  If you do not want others to see, you could always pm me the screenshots.  Next, I would evaluate what you have provided me, and, based on a calculated decision, decide whether or not to leave the key in question alone, or, delete it as well as its sub-keys.  I’m not even sure if you are on this forum anymore, however, like Vince from ShamWoW!, “because ya know we don’t got all day….” (laughs)  I am “out” for now, I guess just send me an e-mail via the private messaging system when and if you return.

Best,

H.B.
